Fl_XPM_Image bug, maybe

Every once in a while an XPM image will contain spaces at the beginning of each data line. I don't understand why, but it happens. Most image editors that support XPM seem to have no trouble with these files, but murgaLua segfaults.

I wonder if this is a bug in FLTK, or murgaLua?
Is it possible that the issue could be with the particular xpm library used to build FLTK for murgaLua?
